So this is just a random post about one of my favorite low calorie deserts. I just started a new diet so I have to look for extremely low calorie options to get my chocolate fix. So here it is....A S mores alternative

Directions:
1. Take one pudding cup and transfer that to a bowl.
2. mix in one table spoon of the Jet Puff.
3. Crumble 1/2 of a graham cracker on top.
4. Microwave for 10 seconds.
5. NOM IT UP!
total calories: 120
It is so yummy too you would never know its low calorie.

N.O.T.D. 6/8/2011

I was a little sick of all the sparkle.(check my previous N.O.T.D. post to see what I mean.) So I wanted something cute and girly, but also very simplistic. So I reached for my Orly Basket Case polish. This is one of my go to polishes when I know I need a little pick me up. The color is so gorgeous and much more complex than your average pink it has a beautiful blue undertone that makes it ultra flattering on my olive skin. I just can't get enough.

This is only one coat. I change my polish regularly so if I can get away with one I do because its easier to remove. The color pay of and opacity of this polish is amazing.

This is actually a direct replica of my birthday wish list. I would just like to say that I by no means expect for anyone to gift me any of these nor do I EXPECT presents of any sort. I just thought this was a fun way to show off what I am loving. It is a WISH LIST so I went above and beyond what I could afford because its supposed to be fun not realistic. :) DREAM BIG RIGHT?

Sugar Sweet Sunday's

Just a little sugar from me to you & A way to get your fix calorie free :P






So today we're talking candy and one of my Favorites from childhood is cotton candy! It really is such a special candy because it's so beautiful in it's light airy texture, pretty pastel colors, and the warm memories it evokes. Cotton candy is a carnival staple and just puts me back on the tip top of that Ferris wheel. :)





As women we can't always indulge in such high fat treats. *The things we sacrifice for our bodies ughhh! lol* However the good news is you can  satisfy your need for all things sweet in other ways like through a pretty polish in a hue to match your treat of choice.

Mine would be .....

A pretty polish in that same hue, or maybe even a candle, or perfume fragrance in that same scent.

Happy Saturday Ladies, 

      I though I would take just a minute to talk about two of my favorite things in the whole wide world; Polish and Perfume. Pretty nails can transform your whole mood, especially with these summer friendly colors to perk up your disposition. On the other hand nothing is more powerful than scent when it comes to your emotions. Fun, flirty scents can change your mood from drab to fab. Therefore what better combo is there than nice nails and sugary sweet smells?
