GOOD EATS

So this is just a random post about one of my favorite low calorie deserts. I just started a new diet so I have to look for extremely low calorie options to get my chocolate fix. So here it is....A S mores alternative


Directions:
1. Take one pudding cup and transfer that to a bowl.
2. mix in one table spoon of the Jet Puff.
3. Crumble 1/2 of a graham cracker on top.
4. Microwave for 10 seconds.
5. NOM IT UP!
total calories: 120
It is so yummy too you would never know its low calorie.

  1. this sounds good! i love marshmallow fluff! Hmm, I'm trying to think of a low-cal snack.. I really adore chocolate and coffee, so what I'll do is take my coffee from the morning and put it in an ice tray and freeze it. Later that afternoon or the next day, I put those cubes in a blender with low cal hot cocoa mix and skim milk and blitz! Frap heaven! sometimes I even put some whipped cream on top! If you didn't like coffee you could totally just freeze the milk and blend it with whatever flavors you wanted!
